Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $200 made in the one transaction within most of Australia (excluding bulky items, remote locations + PO Boxes).
PO Box Delivery
Due to restrictions PO Box deliveries are only possible through Australia Post and will incur additional delivery charges. If you require your package to be delivered to a PO Box please check out your order with your preferred delivery method - regular or express and we will be in touch to arrange payment for the additional delivery charge.
Heavy/Bulky Shipping
Heavy/Bulky shipping is required on items such as doormats, shopping baskets, umbrellas etc. Extra shipping costs may occur and are calculated separately. We will be in touch if your product falls under this category.
Click + Collect
Yes, our free Click + Collect service is available from our Fitzroy North store. Simply purchase your product online and we will advise after checkout via email when your order will available for collection.
When will my order be ready for collection?
Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed and ready to collect. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. If you cannot see an email, please check your junk folder. We also advise that you call our store on 8590 3502 prior to pick up to make sure your order is ready to collect.
What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
Please bring your order number and ID such as your driver’s license.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, please call the store ahead of time to advise us of this.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Please collect your order within 5 days from receiving your “Ready for collection” email, if you need more time, we are more than happy to hold your order. Please contact the store directly to let us know.
Timeframe
Orders placed on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
You will be issued with a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
