Old Fashioned Green Tomato Pickle

The STREAT kitchen team made this circular product from an excess of green tomatoes they received from a partner organisation that no longer had use for them. Keeping them from being thrown away, our kitchen wizards turned this in to a traditional sweet and savoury sandwich pickle (featuring onion and sultanas). 

So, help us reduce food waste by slathering it on a sandwich with some sharp cheddar or serving it on the side of a ploughman's lunch. 

Made in the STREAT Collingwood kitchen from 99% Australian ingredients.
