Apricot Jam

This jam is life-changing. The profits from every purchase go straight back into funding our programs for young people who really need a hand.

Made from Tasmanian Moorpark heirloom apricots, this beautiful jam was made from an oversupply of fruit which would have ended up in landfill. This is an absolute staple of the STREAT pantry range. It's wonderful with toast, scones and savoury dishes, like glazed ham.

Our jams and preserves use traditional recipes and are all made in the STREAT Collingwood kitchen from 100% Australian ingredients.

STREAT runs 12 hospitality businesses – 9 cafés/kiosks, a coffee roastery, an artisan bakery and a catering & functions business, a Youth Programs team, an Innovation Team and Green Team. The only reason they exist is to help young people with supported pathways into work. 

STREAT employs over 75 professional staff (chefs, bakers, baristas, managers), has served over 4 million meals and coffees in the past decade and helped over 3100 young people. 

STREAT offers pathways into learning and earning for Victoria’s most vulnerable young people aged 16-24 in both hospitality and horticulture.
