Preserving lemons gives them an intense, concentrated lemon flavour without all the bitterness. The STREAT kitchen team preserve these fabulous organic lemons with honey, cinnamon, coriander seeds and bay. 

An incredibly flexible ingredient; you can add them to your sauteed green veg, toss through your favourite salad, include them in marinade, stuff under the skin of your next roast chook, or slice and with oil and salt, mix through potatoes and root veg before baking. A kitchen staple.
